My Hobbies
Here are some of the things I like:
- Fitness
- I love going to the gym and working with just my body when I can. My health is very important to me.
- Skiing
- I like skiing a lot, it's really fun when you get in the zone.
- Cooking
- I am not great at it, but I love eating good food and it's really fun to make my own.
- Minecraft
- Best money I have ever spent, I love that game so much. If you think Java edition is better, I am sorry you have the objectively incorrect opinion.
My Interest In Computers
Computers have always been interesting to me. While they will never be, I like that they are, in my opinion, the closest thing we have to perfection.
Cybersecurity
Defensive security is important for anybody now. I don't know a soul that doesn't use the internet in some way, and new exploits are developed every day. I also love offensive cybersecurity. It's lots of fun to test your own systems, see what can be broken and how, and fix it. I aspire to be like the amazing developers and hackers like Linus Torvalds who do really hard things, not to make profit, but to make the internet more free for everyone.
Web Development
I bet you could have guessed this one. I love the creative expression it allows. I actually learned all my web dev skills from Free Code Camp. It was all completely free and very interactive. If someone wants to learn, I can't recommend them enough
So Why The Website?
This website doesn't provide you much use. It's more a project for me to practice and apply all I have learned. That being said, if you got even a little joy out of reading this, I would say I did a good job.
